"BUILDING SUCCESS WITH TEAMWORK & DEDICATION" Skillcraft Systems has been one of the leading subcontractors in commercial construction in the Toledo area since our inception in June of 1979. In starting the family business, Thomas Finch, the CEO and founder, has actively participated in the area building trades for the past 45 years. Allen Finch, the company President, has been with Skillcraft since 1987. His duties involve heading the estimating department and overseeing the office operations. Terry Finch, the Vice President and Gen. Supt., is a 20 year journeyman carpenter who directs the manpower and supervises all field operations. Skillcraft Systems is a union company, having affiliations with the carpenters, plasterers, painters and the laborers local unions. We are members of the Associated General Contractors, the American Subcontractors Assn., the Association of Wall and Ceilings Industry, The Better Business Bureau, and the Toledo Chamber of Commerce. We, at Skillcraft, pride ourselves on quality workmanship in the fields of metal framing, drywall, insulation, plaster, acoustical ceilings, spray fireproofing and EIFS installation. On the average, we employ between 40-70 skilled tradesmen, completing contracts which may exceed $1,000,000. We are a Nationally Certified EIFS installer and a Certified State of Ohio Drug Program Participant.
